A leading international firm is looking to hire an Associate into its Dubai finance & capital markets team. This role offers exposure to a broad range of cross-border transactions, including:
- Aircraft finance
- Islamic finance
- Structured finance
- Banking & DCM work
- Conventional and Shariah-compliant financings
- Securitisations & debt offerings
You’ll work on high-profile matters across the Middle East, Europe, and North America, including advising on aircraft financings for regional carriers and leasing companies.
Requirements
- Banking lawyer with Legal 500 law firm experience
- Interested in the sector already in the region, or coming from the UK, Ireland, Off Shore jurisdictions etc.
- Offshore law firm experience is not prerequisite.
