A leading US law firm is looking to hire an NQ–2 PQE Corporate Associate into its growing Abu Dhabi practice.
About the role
The role will offer exposure to high-value regional and cross-border transactions, working with major sovereign wealth funds, government-related entities, institutional investors and international corporates.
Key Responsibilities
- Private M&A and strategic investments
- Private equity transactions
- Joint ventures and shareholder arrangements
- Sovereign and institutional investments
- Cross-border transactions and corporate restructurings
- Due diligence and transaction documentation
This is an excellent opportunity for a junior lawyer to gain significant responsibility and direct exposure to a highly experienced corporate team at an early stage of the practice's continued growth.
Requirements
- Candidates should ideally have trained with a top tier corporate practice, ideally in the UAE or with tangible Middle East experience, i.e. coming from a Magic / Silver Circle / US firm, with a strong Corporate / M&A seat or relevant post-qualification experience.
Compensation
The firm offers US rates / package (tax free) to attract a high calibre individual.
