Capital Markets Associate | 2–4 PQE | Dubai
I’m currently working with a global law firm in Dubai looking to hire a 2–4 PQE Capital Markets Associate as part of continued growth within the team.
The role will be predominantly focused on Debt Capital Markets, with the associate also supporting on Equity Capital Markets matters as required.
The successful candidate will work on a broad mix of regional and cross-border transactions, acting for a range of institutional and corporate clients on both issuer and bank-side mandates.
Key Responsibilities
- Debt issuances and capital markets programmes
- Conventional and Islamic capital markets transactions
- Regulatory capital and structured debt matters
- Liability management transactions
- IPOs and other equity offerings as required
- Cross-border transactions across the Middle East and international markets
Requirements
- 2–4 PQE with strong capital markets grounding in DCM / ECM work at a Legal 500 law firm
- Candidates currently based in the UAE / GCC as well as those considering relocation from the UK etc.
- Common Law qualified candidates sought
