Disputes Associate | 1.5 – 4 PQE | Dubai
I’m currently working with a leading international law firm looking to add a junior to mid-level Disputes Associate to its Dubai office.
This is a strong opportunity for an associate looking to build their career in the Middle East, working on high-value contentious matters with a particular emphasis on the energy and infrastructure sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- International arbitration and complex commercial disputes
- Construction and major projects-related disputes
- Oil & gas and broader energy sector matters
- Cross-border disputes involving multiple jurisdictions
- Working directly with partners and taking increasing responsibility for matters and client relationships
Requirements
- Around 1.5 – 4 PQE
- Common law qualified
- Strong disputes experience gained at a leading Legal 500 ranked law firm
- Previous exposure to international arbitration and disputes within the construction, infrastructure or energy sectors would be particularly relevant
- Candidates already based in the UAE are of particular interest, although the team is also open to strong lawyers currently overseas who are looking to relocate to Dubai
