About the Opportunity
A globally recognised hospitality group is seeking a Cluster Commercial Director to lead the commercial strategy for luxury resorts in Saudi Arabia, both already operating successfully and preparing to open soon.
This is a rare opportunity to join one of the world’s most respected luxury lifestyle and wellness brands during a major growth phase in the Kingdom’s tourism sector.
The role will oversee the full commercial agenda across the properties, including sales, marketing, revenue management, brand positioning, digital, communications, partnerships and overall commercial performance.
The successful candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth, strengthening market positioning, developing the commercial structure and supporting the launch strategy of the upcoming property.
The resorts are positioned within Saudi Arabia’s most ambitious luxury tourism destinations, combining ultra-luxury hospitality, wellness, sustainability and experience-led travel.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead the overall commercial strategy across both propertiesDrive revenue growth, market share and premium positioningOversee sales, marketing, communications, digital and revenue managementDevelop pricing and distribution strategiesStrengthen relationships with luxury travel trade and key partnersSupport the launch and positioning of the upcoming resortDevelop and mentor high-performing commercial teamsAnalyse market trends, customer behaviour and competitor activityEnsure strong collaboration across operations and commercial functionsPresent commercial performance and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders
RequirementsSignificant experience in senior commercial leadership within luxury hospitalityBackground in sales, marketing or commercial strategy rolesExperience working with luxury leisure and high-end travel marketsStrong understanding of revenue management, pricing and distributionProven ability to lead teams and improve commercial performanceExperience supporting hotel openings or repositioning projects is highly advantageousStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to operate strategically while remaining hands-on
