OverviewWe are seeking an experienced HR Director to act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, driving the people agenda in line with business goals. This role will focus on workforce planning, talent management, performance, and culture, ensuring the organization is set up for sustainable growth and strong business performance.
Key Responsibilities1. Strategic HR & Talent AdvisoryPartner with senior leaders to translate business strategy into a clear people agendaSupport leadership hiring and talent decisions to strengthen capability and performanceLead performance reviews, talent assessments, and succession discussionsEnsure strong leadership pipelines and continuity plans are in place2. Workforce Planning & SuccessionDevelop and implement workforce planning across business unitsAssess current talent, identify gaps, and plan future hiring needsWork closely with Finance and leadership to align headcount with budgets and business prioritiesBuild and maintain succession pipelines for critical roles3. Culture & Employee ExperienceChampion company culture and ensure values are embedded in daily operationsLead initiatives to improve employee engagement and overall experienceSupport leadership in driving a high-performance, people-focused environment4. HR Governance & PoliciesProvide guidance on HR policies and ensure consistent application across the businessEnsure compliance with local labor laws and internal governance standardsSupport leadership on complex employee matters with sound judgment
