A leading Real Estate Development organization is looking for a Project Finance Manager to support the financial management of real estate development projects from post-feasibility through execution. This role will focus on project budgets, financial performance, controls, reporting, and cross-functional coordination.
ResponsibilitiesBudgeting: Translate approved feasibility into detailed project budgets and track performance against key assumptionsMonitoring: Monitor margins, cost-to-complete, spend, revenue forecasts, and overall financial health of projectsReporting: Prepare monthly project review reports, variance analysis, and performance updatesCash Flow: Maintain project cash flow forecasts and highlight funding gaps or risksOperations: Work closely with AR, AP, and GL teams to ensure accurate postings, reconciliations, payments, and collectionsControls: Support approvals for PRs, POs, contracts, and variations while ensuring compliance with internal policiesStakeholder Management: Partner with Development, Planning, Corporate Finance, Sales, Legal, Treasury, and Project teams on financial mattersGovernance: Support audits, forecasts, management reporting, and project dashboardsSystems: Use ERP systems to extract, validate, and monitor project financial data
RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fieldQualification: CPA or CMA is preferredExperience: 8+ years of finance experienceSector: Real estate development or off-plan project experience is a plusTechnical: Strong understanding of project financials, budgeting, and feasibility analysisSystems: ERP experience required; Oracle Fusion preferredTools: Strong Excel and financial analysis skills
