A leading Real Estate Development organization is hiring a consolidation professional to support group reporting, intercompany reconciliations, financial controls, and consolidation system processes.
ResponsibilitiesConsolidation: Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual group consolidation including eliminations, NCI, FX translation, and equity accountingReporting: Prepare consolidated financial statements, disclosures, and reporting packs in line with IFRS or applicable standardsClose Process: Coordinate reporting timelines, close calendars, and submissions across entities and business unitsIntercompany: Oversee intercompany matching, reconciliations, settlements, and resolution of mismatchesGovernance: Maintain group policies, COA mapping, rollups, consolidation journals, and reporting standardsFCCS: Support Oracle FCCS implementation, testing, administration, and ongoing improvementsBookkeeping: Manage accounting and controls for assigned holding entities including accruals, allocations, loans, dividends, and reconciliationsAudit & Compliance: Support audit schedules, year-end close, internal controls, and statutory complianceImprovement: Identify ways to improve close timelines, reduce manual work, and strengthen reporting qualityStakeholders: Work closely with FP&A, Treasury, Tax, and finance teams across the group
RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fieldQualification: CPA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent is requiredExperience: 5+ years in accounting and consolidation rolesExposure: Experience in group consolidation across multiple entities or international operationsSector: Real estate, construction, or similar sector experience is a plusSystems: Oracle FCCS experience is preferredLanguage: Strong English required; additional languages are a plus
