A leading Real Estate Development organization in the UAE is looking to hire a treasury professional at Assistant Manager, Manager, or Senior Manager level to join its finance team. This role will focus on funding, cash management, banking relationships, debt management, and treasury reporting.
Key ResponsibilitiesFunding: Support financing activities with local, regional, and international banksBanking: Work with banks, advisors, and financial institutions on facilities and funding requirementsDebt Management: Assist with debt drawdowns, repayments, and facility managementCash Flow: Monitor daily cash positions, bank balances, and liquidityForecasting: Manage weekly and monthly cash flow planning with internal teamsAccounts: Support bank account opening, signatories, and banking documentationInvestments: Review options for excess cash deployment and yield enhancementRisk: Assist with FX, interest rate, and broader treasury risk managementReporting: Prepare treasury reports and monitor covenants, guarantees, and record
RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fieldExperience: 8+ years in treasury, corporate finance, or corporate bankingRegion: GCC experience required, UAE preferredSector: Real estate, construction, or contracting exposure is a plusLanguage: Arabic and English preferred
