The role focuses on building and managing relationships with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNI) and Family Offices, driving capital raising, and acting as the primary commercial interface for a suite of digital asset investment products, including structured solutions, fund products, and index/access strategies.This is a high-impact, business-building role requiring deep understanding of alternative investments and strong credibility with sophisticated private wealth clients.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & FundraisingOriginate, develop, and convert a strong pipeline of HNI and Family Office prospects into long-term clients.Drive capital raising across a diversified product suite, including structured products, fund offerings, and index/access solutions.Own the full sales cycle: lead generation, client onboarding (KYC), subscription, and ongoing account management.Deliver against individual AUM and revenue targets aligned with firm growth objectives.Represent the platform at industry events, conferences, and private networking forums to enhance brand visibility and originate new relationships.Client Relationship ManagementServe as the primary relationship owner and trusted advisor for a portfolio of HNI and Family Office clients.Conduct regular investment reviews and portfolio discussions, providing market insights and performance updates.Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and portfolio reallocation across products.Ensure a high-touch, premium client experience through proactive and transparent communication.Monitor client satisfaction and proactively mitigate attrition risk.Product & Market ExpertiseDevelop strong expertise across the firm’s digital asset and alternative investment product suite.Stay current on digital asset markets, macroeconomic trends, and regulatory developments.Provide structured feedback from clients to investment and product teams to support innovation and enhancement.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Operations and Client Services to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing client support.Work with Investment teams to develop tailored proposals and client pitches.Coordinate with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulatory and suitability requirements.Qualifications & Experience7+ years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or institutional sales with a strong track record in fundraising and client acquisition.Prior exposure to digital assets, crypto markets, or alternative investments is highly desirable.Established network of HNI and/or Family Office relationships is a strong advantage.Strong understanding of investment products including structured products, fund vehicles, and index/access strategies.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; CFA/CAIA or equivalent qualification is a plus.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to engage UHNW and C-suite stakeholders.Strong commercial acumen with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.Familiarity with relevant wealth management regulatory frameworks preferred.What We OfferCompetitive base salary with an attractive performance-based bonus/commission structure linked to AUM raised.Access to an innovative and proprietary digital asset investment platform.Opportunity to build and scale a growing wealth desk in a high-growth environment.Direct exposure to senior leadership and a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture.
