We are currently supporting a leading organisation in the UAE with the search for an experienced Manager - Talent Development & Rewards to join their Human Capital team. This is a key leadership role responsible for shaping talent strategy, performance management, succession planning, and total rewards frameworks across the business.
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Development & LearningDesign and deliver the organisation’s annual learning and development strategyLead training needs analysis and implement targeted development programmesOversee leadership development, mentorship, and employee capability building initiativesPerformance ManagementManage the full employee performance cycle, including goal setting, reviews, and calibrationEnsure strong alignment between individual objectives and overall business strategySupport leaders with performance frameworks, reporting, and improvement plansSuccession Planning & Talent StrategyDevelop and maintain succession plans for critical rolesBuild and manage talent pipelines and career pathing frameworksDrive internal mobility and long-term workforce planningTotal Rewards & CompensationLead the design and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits frameworksManage annual salary reviews, bonus cycles, and market benchmarking exercisesProvide expert advice to senior leadership on reward strategy and policyLeadership & Stakeholder ManagementLead and develop a team within the Talent Development and Rewards functionPartner closely with senior leadership and department heads to deliver people strategiesSupport organisational change initiatives and continuous improvement programmes
