We are partnering with a leading, global organisation to appoint a Talent Acquisition Lead to drive hiring strategy and delivery across the Middle East and North Africa region.This is a hands on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is passionate about building strong, scalable recruitment functions across both onshore and offshore markets.
The RoleReporting directly to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, with a dotted line into the Regional Head of HR (Dubai), you will take ownership of end-to-end recruitment across multiple geographies, while leading and mentoring a regional TA team.You will play a critical role in shaping hiring strategy, improving processes, and ensuring the delivery of top-tier talent across key business areas.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and execute full-cycle recruitment across UAE, KSA, Egypt, and TunisiaManage and develop a small regional Talent Acquisition teamPartner closely with senior stakeholders to understand hiring needs and workforce planningDrive both onshore and offshore hiring strategies, ensuring efficiency and quality of hireImplement best practices across sourcing, assessment, and candidate experienceTrack and report on recruitment metrics, driving continuous improvementSupport employer branding initiatives and talent pipelining across the regionEnsure alignment with global TA strategy while adapting to regional market nuances
Mandatory requirements:Fluent Arabic and English speaker is a non-negotiable for this roleMust be experienced within technology and digital sectorGreat organization skillsStakeholder Management Bachelors degree minimum qualificationPreferably someone who has experience within start up companies 8 years minimum in Talent AcquisitionMust have strong experience in leading a team
