VP of Marketing – Scaling Tech Firm

We are seeking a holistic marketing leader to drive strategy, growth, and brand across a high-growth tech company. This is a rare opportunity to own the full marketing function, including demand generation, product marketing, brand, communications, and team leadership, during a pivotal scale-up phase.
Key responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Execution: Define and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy across multiple products and market segments.Growth & Demand Generation: Build and scale a predictable pipeline engine, optimize digital acquisition, and partner with Sales to meet revenue targets.Brand & Communications: Establish the company as a market leader, lead PR, external communications, and thought leadership initiatives.Product Marketing & Expansion: Drive positioning, go-to-market, and adoption strategies for multi-product offerings; support market expansion across EMEA.Team Leadership & Operations: Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team. Implement analytics, reporting, and marketing tech to enable data-driven decisions.
Candidate Profile
Experience: 8–12+ years in B2B marketing leadership; at least 4 years managing teamsRegional Expertise: Strong EMEA-focused marketing experience requiredDomain Knowledge: HR/Fintech experience with multi-product, small-to-mid-market offeringsProduct Focus: Exposure to risk-focused products is valuableStage: Startup / scale-up experience mandatory; enterprise-only backgrounds are not suitableLeadership: Strong organizational capability and people leadership skillsLanguage: Arabic proficiency is a strong plusFit: Must be a full-spectrum marketing leader; profiles focused primarily on brand or content marketing are not a match
