A private equity-backed international luxury hospitality platform is seeking a General Counsel to be based in Dubai.
This is a stand alone, senior, hands-on legal leadership role within a lean structure, reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with investor stakeholders.
The business is entering a disciplined growth phase, requiring strong legal oversight to support commercial execution, governance standards and long-term value positioning.
Key responsibilities include:Commercial and operational legal oversight across the hospitality platformGovernance discipline and regulatory management across relevant jurisdictionsManagement of external counsel across multiple regionsSupport on transactions, refinancing and strategic initiatives
The ideal candidate will have:15+ years PQEUK or common law qualificationStrong Middle East exposureHospitality sector experienceComfort operating in a private equity-backed environmentExperience working independently within a lean structure
