The opportunity
This is a pivotal leadership role for an exceptional “hunter-leader” who enjoys opening doors, winning strategic new accounts, and building a modern sales rhythm. You will be the face of new business for corporate health insurance, personally driving the most valuable opportunities while leading and developing a high-output team across telesales and field sales.

What you’ll doOwn new-business growth for corporate health insurance, with clear quarterly targets and a disciplined execution cadence.Lead from the front on the most strategic pursuits: senior stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and closing.Build a predictable pipeline engine with strong Customer Relationship Management (CRM) hygiene, forecasting, and conversion discipline.Recruit, lead, and performance-manage a high-performing telesales and field sales team, with clear roles and handover standards.Strengthen insurer and partner relationships to improve solution fit, speed, and commercial outcomes.Embed a high-performance culture that is ambitious, ethical, and values-led.
What success looks like (first 12 months)Consistent new-business revenue delivery against planStrong new-logo wins (quality and volume) across target segmentsHealthy pipeline coverage and improving conversion ratesAccurate forecasting and a clear sales operating rhythmA productive team with strong ramp and retention
What we’re looking forProven new-business leader within corporate health insurance (Dubai/UAE or wider GCC experience strongly preferred).Track record of winning complex new logos and building/leading front-line sales teams.Confident engaging HR, Finance, Procurement and C-suite stakeholders.Strong capability in consultative selling, pipeline management, forecasting, and closing.High integrity, sound judgement, and the pace to thrive in a relationship-driven, founder-style environment.
