Role SummarySenior Business Strategist with strong BFSI experience and hands-on exposure to KSA/GCC banks and financial institutions. The role focuses on defining an IPO-aligned growth strategy for a regulated financial services business, with emphasis on digital transformation, FinTech enablement, and scalable operating models.
Key ResponsibilitiesConduct a current-state assessment across market context, operating model, governance, talent, and technologyDefine a clear 5-year strategic ambition and growth themes aligned to IPO readinessIdentify growth opportunities across core financial services and adjacent ecosystemsShape digital, technology, and high-level product direction (concept level only)Develop and evaluate strategic options and provide assumptions and inputs to financial modelling teamsDesign a high-level target operating model and execution roadmap, including KPIsPrepare executive- and Board-level strategy materials and facilitate leadership workshopsAct as the primary strategy interface with senior stakeholders and ensure timely delivery of outputs
Required Experience12+ years’ experience in BFSI strategy, corporate strategy, or top-tier consultingStrong domain exposure to regulated financial services environmentsProven experience working with KSA and/or GCC banks or financial institutionsExposure to IPO readiness, pre-IPO strategy, or capital markets-related engagementsProven Board-level communication and senior stakeholder management capability
