About the ClientOur client is a leading bank in the region, continuing to build advanced financial crime capabilities across fraud prevention, detection, and response. They are seeking an Executive Manager - Fraud Intelligence to establish and lead a centralised fraud intelligence function. This role will focus on transforming data, investigations, and external intelligence into actionable insights that directly enhance fraud controls, detection strategies, and enterprise awareness.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead the collection, analysis, and governance of fraud intelligence from internal cases, industry sources, and external advisories.Oversee advanced fraud analysis to identify emerging typologies, organised networks, and cross-channel fraud patterns.Produce and validate intelligence briefs, dashboards, and executive reporting for senior leadership and governance forums.Act as the primary bridge between intelligence, fraud monitoring, and prevention teams to drive rule tuning and control enhancements.Ensure timely information sharing with regulators, industry bodies, and peer institutions, in line with governance standards.Drive continuous improvement through post-incident reviews, strengthening intelligence processes and typology development.
Key Requirements6+ years’ experience in fraud intelligence, fraud analytics, fraud risk, or fraud prevention roles within financial services.Strong background in analysing complex fraud data, identifying typologies, and producing actionable intelligence outputs.Experience working closely with monitoring, investigations, and prevention teams to influence detection strategies.Demonstrated ability to manage teams and build structured intelligence frameworks and repositories.Solid understanding of financial crime trends, organised fraud methodologies, and industry information-sharing practices.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate analytical insight into clear, senior-level reporting.
