About the RoleWe are supporting a leading consulting firm in Riyadh that is hiring a Senior Business Analyst for an immediate on site assignment. This is a hands on role focused on requirements, applications, workflows, user journeys, and supporting development and QA teams across multiple workstreams.The ideal candidate will have strong experience working in software and application development environments with the ability to bridge business and technical teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead requirement gathering sessions with business and technical stakeholdersDocument business, functional, and non functional requirements including BRDsMap and document workflows, processes, user journeys, and personasTranslate business logic into clear requirements for developers and data engineersCreate user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and data mapping documentsWork closely with development teams to design and validate new application modulesCoordinate with QA teams for testing and issue trackingDocument data sources, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting needsPrepare test cases and support application testingExecute UAT with business teams and validate functionality
Requirements• 5 to 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software or application development • Strong experience in requirements gathering, BRDs, process mapping, and UAT • Ability to collaborate with development, data, and QA teams • Arabic speaking candidates are strongly preferred
