About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Director to lead the financial operations of a market leading organisation based in Riyadh. This is a pivotal leadership position responsible for shaping financial strategy, driving operational excellence, and supporting the company’s continued growth and success in the region.The ideal candidate will be a forward-thinking finance professional who can balance strategic insight with hands-on management, ensuring the business maintains strong financial governance, efficiency, and profitability.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and reportingDevelop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company’s long-term business objectivesProvide financial insight and analysis to support executive decision-making and business growth initiativesEnsure compliance with local and international accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policiesManage relationships with banks, auditors, external advisors, and key stakeholdersMonitor business performance, identify risks and opportunities, and implement effective financial controlsBuild, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team to support organizational objectivesPartner with senior management on investment planning, capital allocation, and business transformation projectsSupport the development of corporate governance frameworks and risk management strategies
Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA preferred)Minimum of 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experienceProven track record in financial planning, analysis, and strategic business partneringStrong understanding of Saudi financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance frameworksExceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skillsDemonstrated ability to lead change, influence at senior levels, and drive performance improvementsFluency in English required; Arabic proficiency is an advantage
