Investment Funds Lawyer – Dubai - International Law Firm | 1 - 3 PQE
An international law firm is seeking a talented Investment Funds Lawyer to join its growing team in Dubai. The successful candidate will advise on the structuring and formation of a broad range of Shari’ah-compliant and conventional investment funds, including both closed-ended (private) and open-ended funds.
Key Responsibilities:Advise leading financial institutions, private equity firms, sovereign wealth funds, DFIs, and asset managers on fund formation and related regulatory matters.Work on transactions involving both GP and LP perspectives.Provide expertise across multiple sectors, with particular focus on:Private equity and venture capitalFixed income, equities, and digital assets FinTech and emerging investment structures
Ideal Candidate:1 -3 years’ post-qualification experience at a Legal 500 law firm, England &Wales Qualified solicitors ideallyStrong technical knowledge of fund structuring and regulatory frameworks.Experience advising Middle Eastern or cross-border clients preferred.Interest in Shari’ah-compliant investment structures and innovative asset classes.
