OverviewOur client, a rapidly growing government-backed entity, is seeking a dynamic and well-connected Head of Capital Raising to lead the firm’s fundraising and investor engagement initiatives. The successful candidate will drive capital inflows from institutional investors including sovereign wealth funds, asset managers, private equity firms, and global investment partners, targeting over USD 500 million in near-term funding.
This is a strategic, high-visibility role for a proven capital-raising professional with a strong network across the GCC and global investment ecosystem, capable of securing large-scale institutional partnerships and driving funding strategies across array of sectors.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and execute fundraising initiatives to secure institutional investment commitments exceeding USD 500 million.Build and manage strategic relationships with local sovereign wealth funds, asset managers, private equity firms, family offices, and institutional investors.Develop and implement a long-term capital-raising strategy aligned with the organization’s growth objectives and sector priorities.Prepare and present compelling investment propositions, pitch materials, and fundraising documentation to potential partners.Collaborate with executive leadership to structure partnerships, investment vehicles, and co-investment opportunities.Stay abreast of regional and international investor trends, identifying emerging pools of capital and strategic funding opportunities.Represent the organization in high-level investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows across the region and globally.
Candidate Profile10–15 years of experience across sovereign wealth funds, asset managers, and private investment platforms.Strong track record of raising institutional capital across GCC and international markets.Proven ability to structure, negotiate, and close large-scale funding transactions.Exceptional presentation and relationship-building skills, with gravitas to engage at CEO and Board level.International exposure combined with regional knowledge and presence in the Middle East.
