On behalf of a leading Dubai-based investment management company, we are seeking a Performance & Rewards Manager to join their dynamic HR team. This is a critical role with a strong emphasis on performance management frameworks, culture, and processes, while also contributing to broader rewards initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the performance management cycle across the organisation, ensuring processes are aligned with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and best practice.Drive the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of performance appraisal frameworks, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, calibration, and annual evaluations.Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to embed a high-performance culture, providing guidance on objective setting, development planning, and performance differentiation.Support in designing and executing performance-related incentive and recognition programmes that reinforce organisational values and reward exceptional contribution.Work closely with the Director of Rewards on the integration of performance outcomes into compensation and reward structures, ensuring fairness, transparency, and competitiveness.Analyse performance data and produce insightful reporting and dashboards to support decision-making at leadership and board level.Contribute to the design and delivery of training for managers on performance management best practices, feedback, and coaching.Support wider rewards projects including benchmarking, salary reviews, job evaluation, and market analysis, with a performance lens.Stay updated on regional and global trends in performance management and total rewards, recommending enhancements that will strengthen employee engagement and retention.
Mandatory requirements:Must have experience in setting and managing KPIsBachelors degree minimum qualificationMust have experience using performance management systems6 years minimum in performance management role.
