About the RoleAbu Dhabi based technology business are seeking an accomplished Head of Talent Acquisition to lead and develop their recruitment function. This senior leadership role requires a dynamic professional with a proven track record in both strategic and operational talent acquisition. The successful candidate will oversee a team of 7-10 professionals and partner closely with the HR Director and business leaders to ensure the organization attracts, secures, and onboards the best talent in line with business growth objectives.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end Talent Acquisition function, from workforce planning and sourcing strategies to offer management and onboarding.Drive strategic workforce and manpower planning, aligning recruitment needs with business forecasts and growth targets.Build and execute a compelling employer branding strategy to position the company as an employer of choice in the technology sector.Oversee the full recruitment cycle, ensuring efficient, transparent, and candidate-centric processes.Partner with business leaders and HR Director to understand evolving talent needs and design proactive hiring pipelines.Implement metrics, dashboards, and analytics to measure recruitment effectiveness and continuously improve performance.Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal policies across all recruitment and onboarding practices.Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing Talent Acquisition team of 7–10 members.Oversee the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration and positive employee experience.Stay up-to-date with market trends, innovative sourcing methods, and technology-driven TA solutions.
