Job Title: IT ManagerReporting To: Head of ITLocation: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Role PurposeThe IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the IT department, ensuring the delivery of reliable, secure, and scalable technology solutions that support the organization’s diverse portfolio across hospitality, real estate, retail, and food & beverage. The role requires strong leadership, hands-on technical expertise, and the ability to align IT strategy with business goals to enable operational excellence and digital innovation.
Key ResponsibilitiesIT Operations & InfrastructureLead and manage IT infrastructure across multiple business units (hotels, malls, restaurants, real estate).Ensure availability, security, and performance of networks, servers, and business applications.Oversee IT service desk operations, ensuring high-quality support to all end users.Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance and consistency.
Security & ComplianceEnsure cybersecurity policies, data protection, and disaster recovery plans are in place and tested regularly.Monitor compliance with local regulations and international standards in IT security and data handling.Proactively manage IT risks and ensure business continuity readiness.
Strategy & LeadershipSupport the Head of IT in defining and executing the IT strategy in line with corporate objectives.Prepare and manage IT budgets, optimizing cost without compromising performance or security.Lead IT projects, from requirements gathering to implementation and handover.Develop and mentor IT staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).8–12 years of IT experience, including at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.Strong track record of managing IT infrastructure and business applications across multiple industries.Experience in hospitality, retail, or real estate technology systems is highly desirable.Solid knowledge of IT governance, cybersecurity frameworks, and regulatory compliance.Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
