About the RoleA leading Abu Dhabi-based organization is seeking a seasoned Head of Human Resources to drive the people strategy and support business growth. This position requires a strategic and operational leader with a proven track record in high-performance environments, ideally within global consulting or professional services firms. The successful candidate will build scalable HR practices, strengthen talent pipelines, and foster a culture of excellence. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, the Head of HR will ensure best-in-class employee experience while maintaining operational discipline.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partner to LeadershipAdvise the executive team with data-driven HR insights to shape business decisions.Design and implement a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with organizational objectives.Lead workforce planning, succession management, and organizational development initiatives.Building for ScaleRefine and optimize HR policies, processes, and systems across the full employee lifecycle.Oversee compensation, benefits, and reward programs to ensure competitiveness and equity.Ensure compliance with UAE labor law and maintain HR systems governance and reporting integrity.Team LeadershipLead, mentor, and develop the HR team, setting clear goals and high standards of execution.Foster an inclusive and collaborative environment that values cultural and linguistic diversity.Build HR capabilities to operate as a true business partner to the wider organization.Culture & Employee ExperienceChampion company values and embed them into HR programs and initiatives.Oversee employee engagement, recognition, and well-being strategies.Provide expert guidance on employee relations, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes.Data-Driven HRDevelop HR dashboards and analytics to track key KPIs such as turnover, productivity, and recruitment costs.Use people analytics to deliver proactive insights and support evidence-based decisions.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with business units to address workforce challenges and provide tailored HR solutions.Drive integration between HR and business functions, ensuring HR directly supports delivery excellence.Succession Planning & Leadership DevelopmentDesign leadership development frameworks to prepare future leaders for critical roles.Assess current talent, identifying skills, potential, and readiness for advancement.Implement tailored development plans including mentorship, coaching, and leadership programs.Build depth in succession pipelines to ensure continuity across executive, technical, and client-facing roles.
Mandatory Requirements:Bachelors degree minimum qualificationminimum of 12 years in HRBusiness consultancy experience
