Role OverviewLarge well-known Abu Dhabi based holding group are seeking an experienced and strategic Talent Acquisition & Performance Manager to join the HR team. This pivotal role will oversee the full spectrum of talent acquisition while driving performance management initiatives across the group. The ideal candidate will bring a strong balance of recruitment expertise, HR generalist knowledge, and proven capability in setting, monitoring, and optimizing KPIs and targets within the HR function.
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition:Lead end-to-end recruitment strategy for the group, including workforce planning, sourcing, selection, and onboarding.Partner with business leaders to anticipate and address future talent requirements.Develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical and leadership roles.Drive employer branding initiatives to position the group as an employer of choice.Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality of hire).Performance Management:Design, implement, and manage performance management frameworks (KPIs, targets, scorecards, and appraisal systems).Guide department heads and managers in setting clear, measurable objectives aligned with organizational goals.Track performance outcomes and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and capability across the group.Oversee performance calibration sessions and support succession planning initiatives.Partner with the CHRO to align performance with compensation, rewards, and recognition programs.HR Generalist Contribution:Provide input into broader HR strategies including organizational development, capability building, and workforce planning.Ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently applied across entities.Contribute to continuous improvement projects within the HR function.

Mandatory requirements:MUST have experience in setting and managing KPIs and performance based targets8 years minimum in Talent AcquisitionBachelors degree minimum qualificationExperience in hiring for corporate/business support function roles.UAEN applicants only please
