About the RoleWell known Abu Dhabi-based organization, is looking to appoint a Senior Specialist of Organizational Development & Manpower Planning within its HR Department. This is a key role that combines strategic organizational development with workforce planning responsibilities, ensuring the business is structured and resourced effectively to deliver on its long-term objectives.
The successful candidate will partner with the OD Senior Manager and HR leadership to design, implement, and monitor initiatives that enhance organizational capability, improve workforce planning practices, and support overall business transformation.
Key ResponsibilitiesContribute to the development and implementation of organizational development and manpower planning strategies.Design and maintain workforce plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, budgets, and nationalization targets.Conduct workforce analytics, forecasting, and scenario planning to support informed decision-making.Support initiatives in organizational design, change management, and culture development.Develop policies, frameworks, and processes that strengthen both OD and manpower planning functions.Partner with business leaders to identify workforce gaps, succession risks, and talent development needs.Collaborate with HR colleagues to integrate manpower planning into recruitment, performance management, and talent development cycles.Stay up to date with best practices in OD and workforce planning to recommend innovative approaches.

Mandatory Requirements:Minimum of 5 years in OD roleBachelors degree minimum qualificationMust be already living in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocateWell versed in Manpower Planning
