Candidate ProfileProven experience as a senior finance leader, preferably as Director of Finance Strong expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting within fast-paced, innovative environmentsExcellent understanding of accounting standards, regulatory compliance, and corporate governanceExperience managing multi-functional finance teams and collaborating across departmentsStrategic thinker with strong leadership and communication skillsAbility to adapt in a dynamic, customer-centric business focused on continuous improvementRelevant qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent professional certification preferred
