Job Summary:
Prepare periodic payroll financial reports and execute pension payments and other payroll-related activities in accordance with company policies and applicable international, governmental, financial, and commercial standards, ensuring stakeholders are consistently informed about the organization’s financial position.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare monthly payroll reports and reconcile transactions between the general ledger and data received from the Human Capital DepartmentInitiate and oversee the processing of monthly payroll payments in line with internal timelines and controlsPrepare manual accruals for payroll-related provisions, including gratuity, leave, air tickets, and other entitlementsInitiate and coordinate the verification and processing of employee-related payments such as end-of-service benefits, housing advances, salary advances, and other approved requests
Skills & Experience:
3 to 5 years of experience in public or private accounting, preferably within the aerospace industryProven experience in liaising with external auditors and engaging with key internal and external stakeholders
