They are seeking a Senior Specialist Manpower Planning to join their Total Rewards & Manpower Planning team.
🔍 About the RoleAs Senior Specialist – Manpower Planning, you will lead workforce planning initiatives to support the company’s strategic direction. You will be responsible for forecasting, organizational design, and manpower analytics to ensure efficient resource planning across departments.
đź› Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement workforce planning strategies aligned to business objectivesManage manpower forecasting models and ensure organizational structure alignmentLead updates to functional structures, job classifications, and positional designSupport annual manpower budgeting across business unitsAnalyze workforce data to recommend improvements and optimize cost allocationCollaborate with HR and recruitment teams to align hiring plans with workforce needsMaintain and report manpower statistics, budgets, and planning documentationDrive continuous improvement of manpower planning processes and tools
Mandatory Requirements:Bachelors degree minimum requirementExperience in Aviation/Aerospace industry preferredMinimum of 5 years in same or similar role5 days in office per week therefore candidates living in or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi preferred
