About the Role:A leading Abu Dhabi-based organisation in the transport sector is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join their growing HR team. This is a critical hire for a fast-paced and evolving business, where the successful candidate will take ownership of recruitment strategy and delivery across a wide range of corporate and technical functions.
Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end recruitment activities for mid to senior-level roles across the business.Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent locally and internationally.Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, build role briefs, and advise on market trends.Drive employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company’s presence across target markets.Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Work with external agencies and vendors where necessary, while managing cost and quality.Maintain recruitment analytics, dashboards, and reports to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.Support talent pipeline development and workforce planning in line with the company’s strategic objectives.Recruit mainly for positions that fall under business support functions from junior to C level (Finance, Technology, Marketing, HR, etc)
Mandatory requirements:Minimum of 8 years in recruitment and TAMUST have a background in agency recruitment (with the same company for more than 1 year)Multinational/large corporate in house recruitment experience preferredmust be willing to relocate or be located in Abu Dhabi alreadyBachelors degree minimum qualification
