Job Title: VP- Asset & Property ManagementLocation: UAEIndustry: Banking & Financial ServicesJob Summary:We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead and oversee the end-to-end asset and facilities management for a prominent financial institution. This role involves managing the performance of real estate assets, facility services, service providers, and compliance standards to ensure optimal operational efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness across the portfolio.Key Responsibilities:Oversee property, facilities, and asset management functions across all sites.Lead vendor performance management and ensure service level excellence.Manage annual budgets, capital works, and operational expenditure.Drive preventive maintenance, fire/life safety compliance, and energy optimization.Coordinate lease agreements, space planning, and internal stakeholder requirements.Supervise property upgrades, renovations, and infrastructure enhancement projects.Ensure full compliance with regulatory, health, safety, and insurance standards.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Electromechanical Engineering; MBA preferred.10+ years of experience in asset/facilities management within large-scale operations.Strong knowledge of building systems, vendor ecosystems, and local regulations.Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and Microsoft Office.Excellent communication and project management skills.
