Position: Learning & Development Consultant (Temporary Assignment)
Role Summary:We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development professional to support the design and implementation of key training initiatives for a major community program. This temporary role will be responsible for developing comprehensive learning strategies and ensuring successful program delivery during 2025.
Primary Responsibilities:Conduct needs assessments and develop targeted L&D strategiesDesign and implement training curricula and materialsManage program timelines, resources, and stakeholder communicationsEstablish evaluation frameworks to measure program effectivenessEnsure complete knowledge transfer through detailed documentation
Required Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of experience in learning program developmentBachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, or related fieldProven ability to create both digital and in-person training solutionsStrong project management and stakeholder engagement skillsExcellent written and verbal communication in English
