Hiring: HR Business Partner
Location: Riyadh, KSA

Senior Human Resources Business Partner required to join a multinational renewable energy company in Riyadh. HRBP will be responsible for co-partnering with the business and deploying all HR processes for the business within the GCC (with the exception of UAE and Oman). Ideal candidate should have great communication skills to communicate regularly with stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Deploy 360 HR processes to the business.
- Succession planning.
- Stakeholder Management.
- Organization of training and development program's.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 10 years minimum in same or similar role.
- Stake holder management experience.
- Strategic AND operational experience in Human Resources.
- Clear communication skills.
- Experience within Multinational company is non negotiable.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
