About The Job:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our client's team in Riyadh. As the Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of various systems developed in-house and integrated off-the-shelf products. Your role will involve developing test conditions, test scenarios, test scripts, and other test artifacts to enhance system quality and refine the overall user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development and execution of the Technology Enablement Department's short to mid-term strategic plan, aligning with the Technology Services Department's priorities and corporate goals.
- Participate in the development and implementation of business intelligence, data management quality standards, and maintenance action plans in line with strategic data objectives.
- Assist in the creation of annual business plans to support financial and strategic objectives.
- Monitor, control, and report key performance indicators related to Quality Assurance, recommending corrective actions when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and quality standards in data management.
- Review requirement and design documents to identify testable requirements and test scenarios.
- Develop test conditions, test scenarios, test scripts, and other test artifacts.
- Participate in defect review boards and provide assistance to resolve defects.
- Record test execution results and manage defects throughout the resolution process.
- Produce test scenarios and test API features using tools like SOAP UI, Postman, RestClient, etc.
- Automate functional, regression, and smoke test cases using Selenium/Cucumber with Java.
- Set up and manage test data and harnesses as needed.
- Execute tests, log defects in JIRA, and track them to resolution.
- Analyze, reproduce, and report customer-reported faults in the software.
- Write and execute functional, regression, smoke, and sanity tests.
- Profile and debug using XCode, Android Studio, and Proxy tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or a relevant field (Master's Degree preferred).
- Professional certifications related to quality assurance and software testing.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a relevant industry, with at least 2 years at a management level.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is required. Additional languages will be desirable.
