Job Title: Chief Legal Officer

Company Overview:
We have been retained by a leading investment business based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, to recruit its new Chief Legal Officer. For 30 years this company has been one of the leading investment managers in the country, with a focus on diverse investments that are ESG-led.
Responsibilities:
Sitting on the c-suite, you will be responsible for running the legal function of the business. With a team of 3 reports, this is a hybrid hands-on/strategic/managerial role, offering interesting and varied work primarily focused on major transactions. You will work closely with the CEO to advise on long-term strategy and other key stakeholders to ensure the closing of investments regionally and internationally.
Qualifications:
- 12+ years as a qualified lawyer.
- Saudi national is preferred.
- Fluency in Arabic is strongly preferred.
- Experience in the investment sector is a must-have.
