A well-established regional law firm with a strong presence in the UAE is seeking to appoint a Corporate Senior Associate (5–10 PQE) as a key hire for its growing Abu Dhabi office. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer to join a firm with significant regional credibility and strong long-term ambitions.
The Role The firm is looking for a Senior Associate with a broad corporate background, ideally covering:General corporate/commercial Funds workDistribution, JV, supply agreementsADGM company formation
The role is Abu Dhabi–based and requires someone who is confident with networking, client engagement and business development. This is not a back-office role, the successful candidate will play a visible part in developing client relationships and supporting the firm’s growth in the capital.
Candidate Profile5–10 years’ PQE with tangible law firm experienceStrong corporate experience in Abu Dhabi, the UAE or wider GCCBackground with leading regional or international law firmIn-house returners will also be consideredArabic is advantageous, but not required due to existing coverage within the team
