Mark was born & raised in Saudi Arabia, he has spent over 30 years within the GCC region. After gaining a First-Class honours degree in Business Management from Nottingham he then worked for one year at Saudi Aramco before starting his legal recruitment career in 2008 in Dubai. Since then Mark has worked with two multi-national recruitment firms setting up and managing their legal divisions. He brings a wealth of experience and knowledge of placing high calibre legal professionals both in-house and in private practice, from junior to C-level.

Graduated with a First-Class honours degree in Business Management from the University of Surrey, UK. After working for a US multi-national in London, and training as a Six Sigma Green belt he relocated to the UAE in 2008. Keon has gained 8 years’ experience in the GCC banking and financial services market, recruiting mid to senior level roles and developing lasting relationships with candidates and clients across the region. With a proven track record, placing banking roles across all verticals. Keon’s approach to recruitment is relationship driven and client focused.

Richard started his recruitment career in London and has since worked in Riyadh and Dubai, accumulating 10 years of Middle East experience, focusing mainly on contract/interim project resourcing. He has developed an in depth knowledge of regional labour laws, VISA processes and the cultural landscape.

Richard's main area of expertise is technology, although he also supports clients with freelance consultants in other areas like strategy, marketing, procurement, finance, legal and HR.

With 5 years recruitment experience in HR & Finance, Alice heads up the Human Resources division at Aventus. With less of a sales approach and more of a focus on building relationships for long term partnerships, Alice specialises in Manager level and above placements across the GCC, predominantly across professional services, banking and government bodies.
